About Angel Báez Jr.
Angel Báez Jr began his career in Wholesale Lending with Flagstar Bank in 2001 and from there grew into an industry expert in Secondary Marketing, Underwriting, and Technology. After 18 years of experience in origination and management for Lenders. In 2019 he opened Mortgage Direct to help more customers achieve the best service and lowest rates in the market by getting their rates directly at the source.

Larry Milligan, Loan Officer
Larry was originally licensed as a Florida mortgage broker in 1986. Since that time he has worked as a mortgage broker, bank loan officer, owner of a correspondent lending company, wholesale mortgage lender Account Executive, net branch manager and now originates loans with Angel Baez at Mortgage Direct.
Larry also has a Florida real estate broker license and is the owner/broker of Access USA Realty, Inc. He has decades of experience in all aspects of mortgage financing and real estate, helping first time home buyers, repeat buyers and investors finance their real estate purchases and refinance to lower rates, payments and/or retrieve equity from their properties to put to better use.
